Return Policy

At Pressete nails by Gabriella, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligible Returns

Only the Sizing Kit is eligible for return and refund. No other products are returnable or refundable once purchased.

Sizing Kit Return Requirements

• The sizing kit must be shipped back within 5 days of delivery.
• A prepaid return label is included with your sizing kit for your convenience.
• All items originally included in the sizing kit must be returned in their original condition. 
• Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

All other products, including but not limited to custom sets, press-on nails, accessories, and nail care products, are final sale and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing errors, change of mind, or normal wear and tear.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Pressetenailco@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We will review and resolve the matter promptly.
